Glutamine synthetase
Glutamate의 ATP-dependent amination을 촉매하여 glutamine을 형성하는 효소. 주로 astrocyte에서 발현되나, 신경변성 질환의 경우 neuron에서의 발현양이 증가합니다. Glutamine synthetase 염색 시 NeuN의 병행 사용을 권장합니다.
