      We are unsure as to the identiy of the additional doublet at 74,75kDa in Rat Embryo Brain and as to the band at 45kDa in Mouse and Rat brain. 

    • ICC/IF image of ab41851 stained human HeLa cells. The cells were PFA fixed (10 min), permabilised in PBS-T (20 min) and incubated with the antibody (ab41851, 1µg/ml) for 1h at room temperature. 1%BSA / 10% normal goat serum / 0.3M glycine was used to quench autofluorescence and block non-specific protein-protein interactions. The secondary antibody (green) was Alexa Fluor® 488 goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) used at a 1/1000 dilution for 1h. Alexa Fluor® 594 WGA was used to label plasma membranes (red). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).

    • Ab41851 staining NFIA in motorneurons of rat brain tissue sections by IHC-Fr.  Sections were PFA fixed and incubated with ab41851, diluted 1/100, for 24 hours at 4°C. Chromeo™ 488 conjugated goat polyclonal to rabbit IgG ab60314, diluted 1/2000, was used as the secondary antibody.
