Question

What would be a good positive control for this antibody?

Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. A useful positive control for this antibody is protein extracted from human A431 cells (Human epithelial carcinoma cell line) or other cells pretreated with peroxynitrite for 5 min. In the following publication, they used an incubation of 1 mM exogenous peroxynitrite for 10 min as a positive control for detection by immunohistochemistry.
