    Immunofluorescence analysis of U251 cells labeling NMDAR2A with ab203197. Cells were fixed with Paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton-100 for 20minutes and blocked with normal goat serum at 37oC for 30 minutes. Ab203197 at 1:200 dilution was incubated overnight at 4oC. Unconjugated Goat Anti - rabbit IgG  was used as a secondary antibody for 90 minutes. DAPI used as counterstain.
