Images

  • 4% formaldehyde-fixed SK-N-BE cells labeling NMDAR2A using ab174636 at 1/100 dilution in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed for 15 minutes at room temperature and incubated with primary antibody for 1 hour at room temperature. Secondary antibody was a goat anti-mouse ATTO 488 (green) at 1/200 dilution incubated for 1 hour at room temperature. Counter stained with Phalloidin Texas Red F-actin stain and DAPI (blue) nuclear stain.
