  • Immunohistochemistical detection of NMDAR2A (phospho Y1325) using antibody ab16646 on paraformaldehyde perfusion fixed rat brain sections. Primary Antibody was used at 1/300,  incubated for 18 hours @ 20°C in PBS + 0.3 % Triton X100. Secondary antibody: Goat anti-rabbit Alexa Fluor 488 (1/1000). The antibody produced a diffuse staining in the whole CNS; some cellular processes are stained too.
