Thanks for getting back to me. I received all your emails but I have not had a chance to reply yet. The antibodies of interest are: Synaptophysin, NMDA receptor subumit NR1, NR2A, NR2B, AMPA receptor subunits GluR1, Glur2, and PSD-95.

Thank you for your reply. I am still working on the alignments for some of your targets, but I have some antibodies that might interest you. We do not have any antibodies to the targets you listed which have been validated for use with zebrafish samples. The following antibodies have the highest homology with zebrafish: Synaptophysin (UniProt Q4JQP7): ab32594: 67% (immunogen length 20aa, polyclonal) NMDA Receptor NR1 (UniProt B3DGZ0): Ab95718: ~ 64% (“C-Terminus of mouse,” monoclonal) Ab95719: ~ 64% (“C-Terminus of mouse,” monoclonal) NMDA Receptor NR2A (UniProt A2BE78, A2BIF1): Ab106957: 29%, 76% (immunogen length 17aa, polyclonal) NMDA Receptor NR2B (UniProt A2BH14 ): Ab65783: 100% (immunogen length 18aa, polyclonal) I will let you know when I have more information about your other targets of interest.
