    5% SDS-PAGE

  • DIV10 rat E18 primary hippocampal neurons stained for NMDAR2B (green) using ab229636 (1/500 dilution) in ICC/IF. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 minutes. Counterstain: Hoechst 33342 (blue) and beta Tubulin 3/ Tuj1 (red).

  • Paraffin-embedded rat brain tissue stained for NMDAR2B with ab229636 at a 1/500 dilution in immunohistochemical analysis.
