WB: Use at a concentration of 0.3 - 1 µg/ml. Predicted molecular weight: 53 kDa. Gave bands at approx 90-100kDa and 37+40+45kDa in Human brain lysate and were successfully blocked by the immunizing peptide corresponding to earlier findings in literature (Wang et al).
Not yet tested in other applications.
