You state that the immunogen is a 16 amino acid peptide near the center of the human NPTX2. As the sequences of the pentraxin family members are quite similar, might it be possible please for you to tell me specifically what the amino acid sequence is that you use for the antibody?

The immunogen sequence for ab69858 is proprietary information but it is within amino acids 181-240 of NP_002514. This is the alignment with NPTX1: [ :*:*- .* * *::*]. The asterisks represent amino acids that are identical in the two proteins.
