  • Immnocytochemical immunoflurescence analysis of PFA-fixed human pluripotent stem cell derived cardiomyocytes, labelling NR2F2 with ab41859 at a concentration of 1/1000 incubated for 16 hours at 4°C. Permeablisation is using saponin. Blocking was done with 5% serum for 15 minutes at room temperature. Secondary used was a goat anti-mouse Alexa Fluor® 568 at 1/2000. The left panel shows the experimental conditions described formerly. The right panel is additionally counterstained with DAPI to show all cell nuclei within the area.
