Perfect antibody for Nuclear pore complex staining. Works best for IFA at 1:5000 dilution. Key steps: 1. Perform CSK digestion before Paraformaldehyde fixation (to digest cytoplasm). 2. 10 min PFA fixation 3. 30 min blocking in 1% BSA 4. 1 hour 30 min incubation at RT in a moist chamber. 5. 1 Wash with 1X PBST followed by 2 washes with 1X PBS at RT. 6. Secondary with Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Alexa 488.
