Inquiry: Dear abcam, I am interesting to buy your product "ab52644": the monoclonal rabbit antibody for NPM1 (N-terminal). I would like to know the following: 1. What type of SDS-PAGE gel did you use for the WB image you show on datasheet? Was is 12%, gradient? 2. The dilution is actually 1/200000? or is 1:200? 3. What did you mean by "[not given on sds]"? Thank you for your scientific support. Best Regards

Thank you for contacting us.
We normally use Nupage 4-12% Bis Tris gel for western blot.
The dilution is correct. It is indeed 1/200,000 - this is because it is a rabbit monoclonal antibody. These happen to be more specific and can work at very low dilution.
I hope this information is helpful to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need any more advice or information.
