The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Use at 2-10 µg/mg of lysate.
Is unsuitable for WB.
NUFIP1 contains 1 C2H2- type zinc finger and binds RNA. It interacts with FMR1. NUFIP1 may be associated with preinitiation complexes, open transcription complexes, and elongation complexes. It may facilitate ATP-dependent dissociation of hyperphosphorylated pol II from open transcription complexes.
Detection of NUFIP1 by Western Blot of Immunprecipitate.
Lane 1: ab113206 at 0.4µg/ml staining NUFIP1 in HeLa whole cell lysate immunoprecipitated using ab113206 at 6µg/mg lysate (1 mg/IP; 20% of IP loaded/lane). Lane 2: Control IgG
Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure time of 3 minutes.
