I can confirm that the immunogen of this antibody does not show any sequence homology with SLCO1B3 and SLCO1B1. Though we have not tested it however based on this homology the antibody should not cross react with these proteins.

The amino acid range of immunogen for ab110392 is aa250-300 of human solute carrier organic anion transporter family member 1A2 with accession number P46721(http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P46721). This antibody binds to the cytoplasmic topological domain (based on prediction) of isoforms OATP1a and OATP1b.
