  • Immunofluorescence analysis of HeLa cells, staining Olfactory Receptor OR2A4 with ab97486.

    Cells were fixed with formaldehyde, permeabilized with Triton X-100 and blocked with 2% BSA for 1 hour at 23°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/200 in diluent) for 16 hours at 4°C. An AlexaFluor®594-conjugated donkey anti-rabbit polyclonal IgG (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
