WB 1/1000. Detects a band of approximately 12 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 12 kDa).
IHC-P 1/8000. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
IHC-Fr 1/500.

Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with sodium citrate buffer pH 6.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.

Cytoplasmic staining on neurons located at the paraventricular nucleus (PVN) on mouse brain tissue section (PMID:24464043). The nuclear counterstain is DAPI (blue).

    Secondary antibody only control: Used PBS instead of primary antibody, secondary antibody is Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488) (ab150077) at 1/1000 dilution.

  • Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse hypothalamus tissue labeling Oxytocin with ab212193 at 1/8000 dilution, followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) Ready to use. Cytoplasmic staining on the neurons of mouse paraventricular nucleus (PMID: 24464043). Counter stained with Hematoxylin.
