Inquiry: Can I use the EasyLink antibody conjugation kit (cat. ab102877) for Flow Cytometry and/or immunofluorescence stain, after conjugating it to a primary antibody (cat. -ab110038)? regards,

Thank you for your enquiry.
I can confirm that you could use the EasyLink conjugation kit to conjguate ab110038 to use in flow cystometry. However, as ab110038 is sold as ascites fluid, you would need to purify the antibody first. For this, you can use one of our purification kits:
Serum Antibody Purification Kit (Protein G) (ab128751)

I can also recommend reviewing carefully in information in the FAQ page link provided on the Easylink conjugation kit datasheets:
I hope this will be helpful to you. If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me.
