1mg HeLa whole cell lysate was immunoprecipitated using 10µg ab85963.
20% of IP was loaded per lane and probed with ab85963 at 0.4µg/ml (lane 1) and a control IgG (lane 2). Detection: chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
