The Uniprot http://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P25116 database shows, the active part of protein "human Proteinase-activated receptor 1" has amino acid sequence between 42-425, so antibodies specific to this region would be recognising the active form of protein. Based on this assumption ab32611 would be the best choice.
