HeLa cells were transfected with HA-Parkin. After 24 hours, cells were fixed, permeabilised and blocked in BSA prior to incubation for 1 hour with ab77924 (1:1000). A goat anti-mouse 594 secondary antibody was used to visualize transfected cells.
