PARP14 was immunoprecipitated from SK-N-SH (human neuroblastoma cell line) whole cell extract with 5 μg ab229756. Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using ab229756. Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
Lane 1: Control IgG IP in SK-N-SH whole cell extract.
