Submitted image is of a monolayer of COS cells that have been trypsinised, then spun down to form a pellet. This pellet was then fixed in 10% Formalin for 24 hrs. The pellet was then dislodged and infiltrated with Agarose. After setting, the Agarose block was processed to Paraffin wax and cut/treated as sections. Red arrowheads indicates negative nuclei.
