Potent, highly selective ATP non-competitive MEK1/2 inhibitor. Prevents ERK phosphorylation (IC50 = 100-500 nM) and subsequent signalling. Enhances cisplatin (ab141398) dependent apoptosis. Shows antitumor effects in vivo. Orally active. -

Handling
