Answer

Thank you for your enquiry. 1) PDE4A antibody (ab14607) does not cross react to any known PDE4 subtype except all the PDE4A subtype variants including PDE4A1, A5, Ax, A8, it has little or no reactivity towards PDE4A10 and PDE4A11. We have tested for cross reactivity against other type of PDE and so far unable to pick up any other protein in the PDE class. This antibody does not label human PDE4 subtypes. 2) PDE4B antibody (ab14612) labels all the PDE4B1, B2, B3, B4 variants (based on cross reactivity towards rec proteins). In tissue we pick up 2 extra bands, which may be phosphorylated proteins as they tend to migrate a little higher. This product has no cross reactivity towards any other PDE4 or PDE protein that we can detect. 3) PDE4C antibody (ab14608) labels only PDE4C variants, we have seen cross reactivity against PDE4C1, C2, C4, there are few other variants that may have been picked up but we are not sure. In our sample, C3 was a minor band. The antibody does not cross react to other PDE4 to PDE family members that we can detect. 4) PDE4D antibody (ab14613) labels all amino terminal end variansts (PDE4D1-D9) with no cross reactivity towards any other isoform based on rec-protein data. This antibody also labels phosphorylated forms of PDE4Ds. I hope this information will be helpful.
