According to a datasheet of ab4644, cellular localisation of PDI1 is ER and nuclear envelope. Have you ascertain the localisation in immune electron microscopy or western blotting of cytosolic fractions?

Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm this antibody was screened by immunocytochemistry, selecting for various clones that stained yeast cells in an interesting and robust fashion. This particular antibody stains ER and the nuclear membrane, which is as expected for a PDI1p staining pattern. I am sorry we have no data on use of this antibody on various cytosolic fractions, but the antibody does work well in western blotting. I hope this information is helpful.
