  • Immunohistochemical analysis of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue, labeling PDRG1 using ab175965 at a 1/50 dilution, followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.

  • Flow cytometry analysis of HeLa cells labeling PDRG1 (green, bottom histogram), using ab175965 at a 1/10 dilution, and negative control cells (blue, top histogram). FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
