    Potent, ATP-competitive dual CDC7/CDK9 inhibitor (IC50 values are 10 and 34 nM respectively). Inhibits MK2 (IC50 = 171 nM). Induces p53-independent apoptosis (IC50 values are 0.86 - 5.87 μM for various human cell lines). Shows antiproliferative effects in vivo.
