Inquiry: Dear Abcam, I'm considering the polyclonal andti-phactr1 antibody and i was wondering whether in the picture shown of a western blot the jurkat lysate is from jurkats transfected to overexpress phactr1 or whether they are just native jurkats? thanks kind regards

I can confirm that lysates from non-transfected Jurkat cells were used to test this antibody (ab84646) for Western blot application.
PHACTR1 is expressed in bone marrow and lymph node, you may wish to visit UniProt website for further information:
