Abcam’s phosphatase inhibitor cocktails inhibit a number of phosphatases to preserve the phosphorylation state of the proteins in your sample.
Target phosphatases - acid phosphatases, alkaline phosphatases, serine/threonine phosphatases, protein tyrosine phosphatases
Inhibitors included - sodium fluoride, sodium orthovanadate, sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate, β-glycerophosphate
Form: Supplied in water (1 ml)
Preparation: The recommended starting dilution is 1:49

Sodium fluoride: acid phosphatase and serine/threonine phosphatase inhibitor (250 mM)
