PLD1 was immunoprecipitated from 0.5 mg of HeLa (human epithelial cell line from cervix adenocarcinoma) using ab240563 at 6 μg/mg lysate. Western blot was perfromed on the immunoprecipitate using ab240563 at 0.4 μg/ml.
Lane 1: ab240563 IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.
Lane 2: Control IgG IP in HeLa whole cell lysate.Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
