    The Pin1 antibody ab76309 has been tested for IF staining of cell cultures. We found that a dilution range of 1/100-1/250 produced the best result, with minimal background, using a fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibody for detection. But you may want to test a range of dilutions to see what gives the best result with your samples.
