I am wondering if ab2335 is the same clone (KT 10) as was developed by Fukami, et al in the 1988 PNAS paper (Vol. 85 pp.9057-61). If not, any information about the development of this specific clone would be much appreciated.
I am trying to look for PIP2 in Megakaryocytes (hematopoeitic cells) and am looking for a good ab for IF.

Thank you for contacting Abcam
I have talked to the supplier of this antibody and I am sorry but they do not have any detailed clone information that I can share and cannot confirm that this antibody is the same as the one published in the paper indicated.
Sorry that I cannot be of more help in this matter, but if there is anything else I can help you with, please elt me know.
