    • ab133602 staining Placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP) in transgenic Mouse RIPCrez/HPAP+/+ pancreas cells (adding human placental alkaline phosphatase reporter protein to ~85% of insulin expressing beta cells) by ICC/IF (Immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and blocked with 100% Sniper for 8 minutes at 21°C; antigen retrieval in 10mM citrate buffer for 20 minutes at 95°C. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/100) for 8 hours at 4°C. An Alexa Fluor® 555-conjugated Donkey anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal (1/500) was used as the secondary antibody.
