      Lane 1 : Ramos (human Burkitt's lymphoma B lymphocyte) whole cell lysate
      Lane 2 : Ramos treated with 1mM pervanadate for 30 min whole cell lysate
      Lane 3 : Ramos treated with 1mM pervanadate for 30 min whole cell lysate. Then the membrane was incubated with alkaline phosphatase.

      Lysates/proteins at 10 µg per lane.

      All lanes : Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) (ab97051) at 1/20000 dilution

    • Dot blot analysis of PLCG 2 (phospho Y1217) phospho peptide (Lane 1) and PLCG 2 phospho peptide (Lane 2) labelling PLCG 2 (phospho Y1217) with ab52610 at a dilution of 1/1000. A Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated (ab97051) was used as the secondary antibody at a dilution of 1/20,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM /TBST.

    • ab52610 staining PLCG 2 (phospho Y1217) in human stomach tissue sections by Immunohistochemistry (IHC-P - paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections). Tissue was fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized; antigen retrieval was by heat mediation in Tris EDTA buffer, pH 9.0. Samples were incubated with primary antibody (1/50) for 30 minutes at 20°C. An undiluted HRP-conjugated mouse anti-rabbit IgG polyclonal was used as the secondary antibody.
