We have tested the new batch of antibodies to PlexinA4 that were sent to us a couple weeks ago (see email below). Unfortunately the antibodies are still not working under conditions the previous lot was working. I am unsure at this point what to do, except to ask if you are planning on making a new lot.

I am sorry to hear that the replacement antibody didn't work for you. This is the only lot in stock and we do not plan on making a new batch until we sell the 15 vials we have in stock.
I would be happy to refund your original order since the replacement didn't work. Please let me know if this is how you would like to proceed.
