ab28762 at 1/300 dilution, staining Plexin D1 in mouse brain tissue sections by IHC-P (Formalin / PFA fixed prafaffin embedded sections). Tissue underwent formaldehyde fixation, heat mediated antigen retrieval in Citrate buffer pH 6.0 and blocked in 5% serum for 1 hour. The primary antibody was used at 1/300 dillution for 1 hour. A Biotin-conjugated rabbit polyclonal to goat IgG was used as secondary at 1/250 dillution.
Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Incubated with ab28762 for 1 hour (10 µg/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml), showing membrane/cytoplasmic staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue).
Negative control: Unimmunized goat IgG (10 µg/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml).
Flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed K562 cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton. Incubated with ab28762 for 1 hour (10 µg/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml).
IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
