In my laboratory we also conduct experiments on human endometrial
carcinoma cells (namely HEC1A, ECC1 and Ishikawa cells), which I was
also seeking to use this antibody in for my studies (which involves
comparing human and rat uterine tissue). Is it possible to apply for
an abreview for the human cells for immunofluorescence instead?
Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to me.
This antibody has only been tested in Western blot application on tissue lysate of mouse stomach and transfected human cells (293T). It is very important to control the testing experiments to make sure that the results can be interpreted correctly.
I would suggest using the same type human cells if it is possible. Are these cells HEC1A, ECC1 and Ishikawa transfected as well? Has the expressed levels Poliovirus Receptor been checked previously in them?
You may find some useful infromation about the expression of this target protein at this site:

As I have explained previously, we can offer testing discount only for either new species or for new application but not for both at the same time since this would involve testing two unknown factors/parameters together.
I hope this will be useful for you.Let me know how you wish to set up your controls for testing two non-tested parameters.
