Unfortunately, I would only be able to obtain mouse stomach tissue (a
collaborative colleague fortunately works on mice) but do not have
access to transfected human cells. The Poliovirus receptor, to my
knowledge, has not been tested in any of these three endometrial
But I could possibly test the immunofluorescence technique for mouse
stomach tissue, if that were possible.

Thank you for your answer.
It is very important to design a good control experiments when two untested factors are involved. Could you please confirm ifyou are going to useformalin-fixed paraffin-embedded(IHC-P) or frozen tissue (IHC-Fr) sections (mouse stomach). ICC/IF applies for immunofluorescence on cells (cultured cells or cytospin preparations) only - not on tissue sections.
We need to clarify the application before arranging the discount code.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
