|IP||Use at 2-10 µg/mg of lysate.|
RelevanceDNA dependent RNA polymerase catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates. Specific peripheric component of RNA polymerase III which synthesizes small RNAs, such as 5S rRNA and tRNAs. Essential for efficient transcription from both the type 2 VAI and type 3 U6 RNA polymerase III promoters. There are three isoforms.
- DNA directed RNA polymerase III 80 kDa polypeptide antibody
- DNA-directed RNA polymerase III subunit RPC5 antibody
- FLJ10509 antibody

Detection of POLR3E by Western Blot of Immunprecipitate.
Immunoprecipitation of POLR3E in HeLa whole cell lysate, using ab134560 at 6 µg/mg lysate (1 mg/IP; 20% of IP loaded/lane).
For the subsequent WB, ab134560 was used at 1 µg/ml.
The lysate in lane 2 is precipitated using an IgG control antibody.
Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
