Additional Notes
The antibody was used on histological samples of mice injected with nanoparticles coated with PEG. The anti-PEG antibody (ab94764) was detected with an anti-rat IgG (H+L) coupled to Texas Red.
For histological applications, it was necessary to dilute the antibody in PBS supplemented with BSA and Tween. This has reduced the background.
The blocking of histological slice was done with a commercial solution of PFBB/Pierce.
