JAK2/3 inhibitor (IC50 values are ~10 and 25 μM, respectively). Inhibits downstream activation of STAT5a/b. Effects synaptic plasticity and cytokine-independent cell growth in vitro and spatial learning, memory and tumor cell invasion in vivo.

Handling
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. Generally, these will be useable for up to one month. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
