Highly potent cell-permeable dynamin I inhibitor -
Biological description
Highly potent cell-permeable dynamin I GTPase activity inhibitor (IC50 values are 7.1 and 30.3 μM at dynamin I and dynamin II, respectively). Blocks clathrin-mediated endocytosis of transferrin when applied for 30 minutes to U2OS cells in culture (IC50 = 7.0 μM).
