Protease and Phosphatase Inhibitor Cocktail (EDTA-free) -
Product overview
To protect against both protease and phosphatase in one solution try our dual cocktail (also available with EDTA).
AEBSF free and mass spectroscopy compatible – water soluble.
Target proteases - serine proteases, aminopeptidase B, leucine aminopeptidase, cysteine proteases
Target phosphatases - Serine/threonine phosphatases, acid phosphatases, protein tyrosine phosphatases, alkaline phosphatases
Inhibitors included - aprotinin (bovine lung), bestatin, E-64, leupeptin hemisulfate, β-glycerophosphate, sodium fluoride, sodium orthovanadate, sodium pyrophosphate decahydrate
Form: Supplied in water (1 ml)
Preparation: Recommended dilution is 1:9. They are provided in a 10x formulation and a 1X solution is a good starting point. The working concentration should be optimized for each individual application.
