Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence - Alexa Fluor® 647 Anti-DDDDK tag (Binds to FLAG® tag sequence) antibody [EPR20018-251] (ab245893)
ab245893 staining DDDDK tag in 293T cells transfected with a FLAG®-tagged PFKFB3 expression vector. The cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (10 min), permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 for 5 minutes and then blocked with 1% BSA/10% normal goat serum/0.3M glycine in 0.1% PBS-Tween for 1h. The cells were then incubated overnight at +4°C with ab245893 at 1/50 dilution (shown in red) and a Mouse monoclonal anti-FLAG® M2 antibody used as a counterstain. This was followed by an incubation at room temperature for 1h with ab150113 Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (Alexa Fluor® 488), at 1/250 dilution (shown in green). Nuclear DNA was labeled with DAPI (shown in blue).
