      Thank you for contacting Abcam regarding ab90522.


      We have not tested this cross reactivity specifically so I did an alignment. Based on a sequence alignment in Uniprot, there is only about 60% homology between various strains of E. Coli GroEL and streptococcus pneumoniae GroEL so unfortunately there is not a chance of cross reactivity.
