Unfortunately, when 22RV1 cell lysate was used no band was detected and inconsistent results were obtained with LNCaP cell lysate (where different lots of cell lysate were used for the test).     phone call: no signal with this antibody even when using at 1/100 (recommended 1/10000). used on human prostate cell lysates. blocking and incubations with milk (3-5%), secondary antibody working well with other antibodies and andorgen receptor and tubuline detected in lysate nicely.
