Applications
The Abpromise guarantee
Our Abpromise guarantee covers the use of ab191406 in the following tested applications.
The application notes include recommended starting dilutions; optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.
Application | Abreviews | Notes |
---|---|---|
IP |
1/50.
|
|
ICC/IF |
1/100.
|
|
WB |
1/1000 - 1/10000. Detects a band of approximately 35, 42 kDa (predicted molecular weight: 37 kDa).
Per the literature, a novel previously unreported 42 kDa variant of the Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase 5a isoform was identified. So the 42 kDa band should be the Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase 5a isoform. |
|
IHC-P |
1/100. Perform heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris/EDTA buffer pH 9.0 before commencing with IHC staining protocol.
