    IHC staining with Perilipin 1 in human fat tissue

    Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/PFA-fixed paraffin-embedded sections)
    The Donkey anti-Goat IgG (HRP polymer) was used to detect Goat anti-Perilipin A (ab 61682) in FFPE human fat tissue sections. The staining works really well with no background noise. The tissue sections were subjected to antigen retrieval using 10mM Sodium Citrate buffer. Blocked in 2% Bovine serum Albumin before incubating with Goat anti-Perilipin (ab 61682, 1:500) overnight at 4oC.
