This antibody should not be cross reacting with Rat. If customer is thinking about a substitution of anti rat with this antibody then please advice them, it will be a total waste of time and reagents.

As with most antibodies the dilution that works best for you depends on multiple varaibles and so you should do some titrations to find the best for you, but I placed a good starting point next to each.

2-ab6668 - ICC/IF: 1/1000, WB: 1/2000, ELISA: 1/50000
3-ab6822 - WB: 1/2000, ELISA: 1/200000, ICC/IF: 1/1000, IHC-P:1/100
